Charge 5 don't recharge and restart don't work

I've already open an inquiry but after 3 days I don't have any answer. I was in Croatia and never used the watch in the water, I took it off and put it back on my wrist after swimming. The watch still discharged quickly, but now putting it in charge emits a continuous red light and it overheats. Also, even if you press the restart button, the watch does not vibrate and does not restart.

I've proceeded to send your information to the Support team , but it seems that you were able to get in touch with them again and they've provided you with more instructions. In this case, I recommend that you continue the communication with them for further assistance.
