Charge 5 double tap to return to home page does not work.  How to make double tap work?

Hi, it's good to see you visiting the Community forums for the first time, @Blaze50. 

 

I appreciate the information provided about your Charge 5. 

 

I tried this a few times on my Charge 5 and I noticed the tap needs to happen very fast, whenever I took a bit longer it would open the app visible on the screen instead of going back to the home page. Could you please try it this way and let me know how it goes?
