My Charge 5 now died on my twice in liitle more than 4 months. Of which 6 weeks was taken to replace it the first time after the firmware "upgrade". Now again. Nothing works. Twitter offer by Fitbit is to get a 50% discount (????) or get again a replacement that because I live in the Philippines takes another 6 weeks to get a second replacement. Any refund is denied and my problem passed on to the reseller from which I bought the unit in the first place. Thanks Fitbit. Great "service". I lost my confidence in the Charge 5.

Mine also twice already. 1 lasted 11 month and the replacement lasted 8 months.
