Charge 5 faulty - awaiting returns label

Does anyone know how long it takes to get a returns label from Fitbit for a faulty charge 5?  I called them 4 days ago, no response to subsequent emails.  I was given a case number and was told I would be contacted with the return details, I’ve checked junk e-mails but received nothing so far.

Thank you, turns out they sent it to wrong email address. Andre was very helpful on the support chat.

It could be possible that they registered the wrong email, or that your email-response isn’t monitored.

Go tot https://support.google.com/fitbit to reopen your case number, you can mail or chat with them though the “Fitbit help center”, A google account would help a lil for tracking your case.
