Firstly I just wanted to say on behalf of all the Fitbit community how sad it is the challenges and badges have been removed and hopefully they will return in some way!
my questions though are below;
1. I’ve created a closed group to stay in touch with family members since the challenges have been removed however, I cannot seem to be able to add my kids into this group so we can’t keep track of them, is there a way we can add them in?
2. since adding the ace 3 trackers to my phone my find my phone feature does not find my phone anymore, can you help me with this?
3. when syncing my kids watches, my credit card gets removed from my charge 5 and I have to manually go back into my app on my phone to get it back on my watch, is this a bug that needs fixing?
