Charge 5 fell apart skewing data

The bottom of my charge 5 fell off. I put it back together but the data is totally different than my Apple Watch. They were always the same or close before the night the bottom cooper rectangle fell off for no apparent reason.

Sorry to hear that you'r having an issue with your Charge 5.
As what you've mentioned shouldn't have happened with normal daily use, I'd suggest contacting Fitbit support for further assistance:
