I read on Googles support page (https://support.google.com/fitbit/answer/14236725?hl=en#zippy=%2Ccharge) that firmware 194.91 is available. My current version is 188.58, so my understanding is I should be able to update to this version. Online help says I'm up-to-date with version 188.58.
Is there a technical reason why I'm not being updated to the latest firmware available? I was prompted a week ago to update, but when the process finished the device still shows it is running 188.58. I haven't seen another prompt for update since that last attempt.

I believe that the release of 194.91 had been paused.
And based on the comments in other threads, I wouldn't be looking to update to that version.

Appreciate the response. At this point, I'm just looking to understand why my device isn't being notified that a new update is available and why Fitbit support indicates that my device currently has the latest version available for it (188.58). Are you implying that Fitbit halted all updates to recent firmware due to known issues with anything newer than 188.58? I haven't seen any such notice, so I would still expect a notification that newer firmware is available to me.
