Hi, my charge 5 seemed to be stuck on the flashing logo issue, I’ve tried rebooting and everything I can find but nothing seems to be working? It’s disconnected from my phone and app as well. It happened the other night but become fine then the Red Cross happened so I fully charged it now it’s gone back to the flashing?
what can I do?
