Why is it that the Charge 5 seem to have this issue in 1-5 months? It really bad had my Charge 2 over year no drama until I cracked the screen. Charge 4 over year no issues. This new one I pay £150 for it to stop working after 3 months. What the hell wish I had stayed with my charge 4.
How new are replacements as it is? This is a joke and what stops the replacement from doing this. This is either a firmeware issue or the whole Fitbit 5. What is it? And I don’t want your brush off these aren’t cheap.
