Charge 5 for kid account?

Hi,

 

I bought a charge 5 for my kid. I created a kid account (my family) linked to my fitbit account. When from the mobile app I try to add a device to my kid I am only offered to add Ace, Ace2 and Ace3. How can I add the charge 5 to my kid account?

Hi @rimbalzina  the Ace series was specifically created with children under the age of 13 (16 in some European countries) to accommodate international laws regarding children and online accounts. The Charge 5 won't work as part of a family account for a child.
