My Charge 5 did an update on July 10, 2024 to 194.91 and I got a red circle with an X inside. Then black screen, no response. I put it on charger and was able to get it to restart. It was slow to reload itself, but the green sensor lights that do heart rate are not working now. I'm hoping the update didn't break it. I reset it to factory and cleared data and reinstalled app on phone and still the green lights aren't working. I bought it on July 11, 2023... and this update happened July 10, 2023. The one year warranty hopefully will be honored. Please, I need help.
