Just bought the Charge 5 and connected to my mobile, it request the firmware update and now the device had freeze on the screen only show the logo and the bar half way......try to push 3 times on charging cable but nothing happen. What can I do to restart the device?

In addition to the three pulse restart procedure that you already tried, please make sure that you also follow the recommendations listed here to resolve problems during the firmware update.
