Charge 5 freezes anytime I open Run or Walk details

Anyone else have this problem after updating?  I’ve contacted customer support and done the steps they suggest (re-syncing, updating phone).

Me, too.  Called two weeks ago about this and they said to wait 24 hours.  Still didn’t work.  Called this morning.  It’s a known problem and they said they are working on it.  No estimated time for the fix.

I know one of the Fitbit team members has about 7-10 issues that she was following up on this week. I believe this issue is one of them.

Hopefully, we'll soon see a resolution to this bug.

Has happened to me the past 5-6 bike/ walks i’ve been on, mid way through my watch just turns off. I thought it was my watch running out of battery but as soon as I get home i’ll plug it in and it’ll come back to life with the battery at 80+%. Doesn’t track any of the workout I’ve done. Very annoying.

Im so sad I lost my money. This charge5 gets off every time and its a screen problem not the battery. In the customer service they don’t give me any solution.
