Husband ordered for XMAS 2021. Received band for the Versa. Contacted Cust support. They sent new one. Versa one received, again. Been through this now 6 times. Always same outcome. Have used all avenues of help available: chat, over the phone (to various areas) and email. Beyond frustrated at this point and still without a white band that fits my charge 5. Don't want to purchase a non OEM model due to reports of the latching failing and people losing their fitbit. Am in Canada - anyone else experience this?

Hello. Unfortunately, we have already gone the Customer Service route several times. Each time, are assured the issue has been addressed. How, we're not sure, except we're told a note goes onto the file. However, if the fulfillment / shipping center has not allocated the correct product to the bin, from which they pick the item, which we suspect is the case, we will continue to experience the same issue. Which we have. At this point, we have requested refund for the non-delivered band and MAY look into another colour. Just waiting for the refund to process. Very disappointed in the outcome.
