DND is off. Sleep mode is off. I’ve tried removing device, repairing, all of the tips online. Everything is up to date.
What’s weird is that only when I choose to forget device in my iPhone do I get the question to all notifications on charge.
any suggestions?

Mine is not getting text but I am getting notifications. When I click open it goes back to clock. Im using android

Just got my Charge 5 yesterday. I can get the notifications for phone calls, but not text messages. I’ve tried everything.

It's a bit strange that you're having this problem only with the text notifications. In addition to the steps shared in this thread, make sure to check that all permissions are turned on by going to you're phone settings > Apps > Fitbit app > Notifications.
