I am having issues with my Charge 5 where it was working fine a week ago but ran out of charge. After putting it on charge it would get stuck on the Fitbit logo.
Overnight it managed to charge and briefly worked as normal the next day for about 4 hours, however it became unresponsive and the display would not work.
It was connected to the charger that evening and showed 90%+ battery. When disconnected from the charger it again worked briefly before going un responsive.
Reviewing the forums I have tried doing:
Restart the Fitbit - press charger button 3 times (holding for 1 sec) within 8 seconds. - this would not restart the Fitbit when stuck on fitbit logo.
Firmware update - again worked briefly before going unresponsive.
Remove charge 5 from app and reinstall. - again worked briefly Before becoming unresponsive.
Remove Fitbit app and reinstall - this is where we are at, unfortunately I can not add the charge 5 to the app as when it is on charge it Is stuck on the Fitbit logo and it can not be discovered.
Any help appreciated.

I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 5 isn't working properly. You've already tried all possible procedures to get your device up and running again. As none of these have worked, I'd suggest contacting Fitbit support to get further assistance:
