I’ve had the charge 5 for 3 months, and starting last week, if I get it wet at all, the screen turns black for hours (a forced reset does nothing), and then my battery drains very quickly. Yesterday the battery went from 80% to 10% in about 5 hours. It had been in the water for only 1 second, an accidental movement. Is this a problem common to all charge 5s? Should I look at a different brand if I want to have a watch that can get wet?

It is supposed to be water resistant. Contact customer service and request the replacement of your defective Charge 5. I swim for hours every week and it does not bother my device at all.

Mine is only a few months old. I let the battery drain to nothing. Now it won't charge. It's a complete back screen. Help please and Thank You in advance.
