Charge 5 getting the red x 2 or 3 times a week

Ever since an update a few weeks ago my Charge 5 hasn't worked right. Getting the red x 2 or 3 times a week. Have to unpair and hard reset to get it to work. Anyone else having this problem? It was working fine up until this update.
