Charge 5 goes black AFTER charging; starts over at 1% when reconnected

Please do not change the subject description this time.

My charge is less than 1 year old.  

All of the sudden it stopped working.  It charges fine, but as soon as I take it off of the charger, it goes black. When I reconnect it, it shows back to 1%.

I have tried all of the usual fixes. Cleaned contacts. Different cables.  Soft restart, Hard restart.

Please help!

Yeah, unfortunately they won't stand behind the product.  Already tried them yesterday.  But thanks
