Some time after an update, the fitbit started vibrating continuously while I was wearing it and it displayed a red X. After I followed procedures to restart it the battery is no longer working properly. Same thing happened to my Charge 3 a few years ago. Also, this happened like a week after my one year warranty expired almost suspiciously. Don't buy Fitbit products.
