I received a Charge 5 in March and the built in gps drops out when on a walk it makes you lose the zone minutes. Now zone minutes aren’t syncing in the app and in the watch the hourly activity is not showing. And Fitbit have said they know of the issue and may not have a fix in the immediate future ! So basically I have a $269 Fitbit that is not fit for use. I have tried all the fixes mentioned previously.
