My Charge 5 hangs suddenly, displaying blinking logo & white cross in red circle ... did try restart Charge 5, stop & start bluetooth, disconnect Charge 5 from app & reconnect, reinstall app, remove data in Charge 5, clean the back by alcohol, change clock face, etc. following the steps in the forum but cannot solve the problem, can anyone help pls? Thank you.

A Charge 5 user was able to restore his Fitbit by exposing it to freezer conditions. They describe the process in this post (<-- click link). Although this method worked for some, it didn't work for everyone. Still, it might be worth a try.
Your other option is to contact Support (<-- click link). Complete the prompts until you get the option to chat or call.
