I got a Charge 5 in March of this year. Since then there have been a number of occurrences where it says I've logged over 40K steps in a day, (with mileage of less than say 7 miles). I've also had periodic issues with it not syncing with my android app. Until yesterday, I've been able to turn off my Bluetooth and it would sync when turned back on. Yesterday it said I had 60K steps, and I haven't been able to get it to sync at all.
I've gone through the steps, restarted the device multiple times, etc. It's not recording hourly steps, but it appears to have recorded about 2600+ daily steps today, and added them to where I may have been yesterday. So the main totals seem to have changed again, but it's just not correct. Any thoughts on what I can do next?
