Hi all,
I am facing this issue where my Fitbit charge 5 is off by 5 hours. I have tried everything on the app:
1.Setting my time zone to automatic (which was default) and syncing.
2. Restarting the Fitbit and syncing
3. Manually setting my time zone and syncing.
4. Changing the time zone to a different location and syncing and changing it back to my current time zone syncing. (It neither changed the time as per the new time zone, nor to my original time zone.)
Seems I have exhausted my options... Is there something else I can try?

Looks like someone wiped out Asia timezones, its not able to set the timezone details. Doesnt look like anyone is bothered to look into it

I am in NE Thailand & Have the same problems. Try factory reset & can't solve issue.

Just saw CrisVillaFitbit The moderator post 2 mins ago & I try his 2 steps & see It's work. Now my Charge 5 is back. It's in time ,cause when charge 5 not tell time I feel i have to go to Garmin Forerunner 265 instead of charge 6 Today & On 9.9 >>> In my country ,there are big online sale promotion. Still save money . Ps. I have use fitbit since charge 2 . Feel it go to second grade health tracker after Google take it. The community function that I boast to my friends who use Garmin years ago have gone. But now Gramin have the Challenge function that same as previous fitbit community .

@ 0.03 Thailand time (GMT+7) my Charge 5 is back by See the moderator post & try his 2 steps . Not sure it come back from manually sync or fitbit correct the bug.
