Charge 5 has dropped my calories burned after finishing my bike ride

Did a 50 minute stationary bike ride.  As I was biking, checked my calorie burn several times, and when I finished.  Total calories for the day were 2350.  In front of my eyes it reset to 1975, I lost almost 400 calories.  Its a brand new Charge 5.  If it can't properly record calorie burn than it is useless.  Anyone else with this problem?

@CaloriesLost Welcome to the Fitbit community!

Please check if MobileTrack is set up in your Fitbit app. To do so, just tap on your profile picture in the upper left corner to get a list of your devices. If you find MobileTrack, please remove it to let your Charge 5 be the only device to track your calories burnt.

Thanks, but the response did not help.

I have had the fitbit for just a bit over a week, and at least 4 times now I have seen my calories reset to much lower right in front of my eyes.  For example, last night after a stationary bike ride my total calories for the day were around 2875, and while I was looking reset to over 400 calories lower.
Its like the fitbit recorded my work done during my stationary bike ride correctly, but then took away "credit" for it after the fact, like the stationary bike ride calories didn't count.
The fitbit has no value to me if it won't properly estimate my calories burned.
Best, Don
