My wife’s Charge 5 suddenly stopped responding to swipes; it is stuck on the clock screen. The tracker has the most recent update but this started before the update.
After reading through a number of conversations here, we have tried each of the following several times:
Also, the battery life has shortened dramatically. Before this, she charged the tracker once per week. But now, the battery only lasts a few days.
The iPhone is on version 16.7.4
Are there any other suggestions we can try?

Welcome back, it is nice to see you once again posting, @Phil-D.
Thanks for letting me know about this situation in regards to the screen of your Charge 5.
I recommend you to change the clock face of your wife's Charge 5. In the Fitbit app, you can access the image of your profile and the image of your Fitbit device, touch the gallery and the screen and click on the clock face, preferably one of Fitbit and install.
I appreciate you for doing all the steps before this one, let me know how it goes.

Hi @CrisVillaFitbit and thanks for your reply.
Following your suggestion, we set the clock face back to the “default” a few hours ago. We also did a USB cable reset, but nothing has changed. The swipe feature still does not work.
Any other ideas?
