My Fitbit suddenly died last night and will not charge. When I attach the Fitbit charger, the logo flashes up and buzzes and then dies again. If I then remove the charger and try again, it doesn’t work without. I have to leave it disconnected for about 5 mins and try again, and then the logo shows up again and buzzes once and nothing else happens. Anyone ever had this? I use my Fitbit everyday, so really disappointed it’s stopped working.

@jfrillo Thanks for sharing your experience with your Charge 5, and your efforts to get it working. Because your post didn't mention, please try exhausting the troubleshooting steps described in this help article. When performing the restart, make sure to do it with the button while having your tracker plugged in.
