Charge 5 has stopped showing data in the app

Hi there, my Charge 5 has stopped showing data in the app - no step count or sleep. Have reset both the app and watch. And Bluetooth. Can anyone help please?

Thank you for sharing all of this information about the issue to see your data in the Fitbit app. 

Before considering other options, please make sure that your device is properly set up with your Fitbit account. If your device is not set up, you will not see your daily activity and you won't be able to sync. 

If your data isn't syncing, please make sure that you've followed the steps in this article as well.
