Charge 5 has stopped vibrating

Hi there - my Fitbit charge 5 has stopped vibrating. I’ve tried all the trouble shooting advice and still not working. Please can someone help? Thanks

Hi there, @SunsetRunner. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 5 is still not vibrating. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!

To better assist you, please confirm that you've checked that your Charge 5 is not in sleep or DND mode as these features prevent your Fitbit devices from vibrating. To do so, swipe right from the clock face on your watch to access the quick settings.
