Charge 5 hasn’t been holding a charge

So the last week my Fitbit Charge 5 is acting up. First it wouldn’t let me know I have a text coming in…ok I can deal with that. A few days later it wouldn’t come on at all. I have reset it several times and it comes back up but then will go black screen after a few hours. I have put it on charger for a whole day. It was completely charged out it on at night woke up next morning it was at 2% and black screen again. Anyone else having this issue??

I guess this is unusual. So i suppose you tried restarting it. How about you sync your data and clear all use data in the device and set it up from fresh? If it still couldnt charge i guess you should contact customer support.

Long term fitbit user since Flex. Some behaviors are rude.
