I have a Charge 5 v 4.18. I had an aFib event last night but did not get any notification. Also, while I was checking sync status, it shows the my Charge 5 is synced but my phone shows it was "synced 34 days ago". Has anyone here experienced this? How can I make sure everything is synced/

Where do you mean that it showed that your Charge 5 was synced? Somewhere other than on phone - on the Charge 5?

In my experience that always required me to remove and re-add the device. I've had to do it once already with the Charge 5. I expect that will lose any data stored on your device currently, though, so you may need to try something else first. You could try restarting it from the settings menu, and then try plugging it into the charging cable and resetting it by holding the reset button on the cable (I've heard press the button on the cable 3 times as well).
Currently I can't even login to the app, but I expect your experience will be better.
