Charge 5 heart monitoring completely broken

Hello,

 

My charge 5 is 6 months old, and the heat rate monitoring is totally broken. It used to work perfectly.

While running, or sleeping, whatever, it is erratic, and always shows strange values.

I already reset it to factory defaults, no luck.

Any clues ??

Sad to hear that your Charge 5 isn't working as expected. As you've mentioned that you have already reset your device to factory settings without success, please have a closer look here to see if something might apply to your issue:
