Charge 5 working fine until 2 days ago. Active zone minutes and heart rate failed to register on the device and app. I logged out of app, cleared cache & history on iPhone, powered down my phone, powered up and logged backed into app. Also restarted the device. Heart rate and active zone minutes functioned OK yesterday but have failed again today. What else can I try? Help please.

Make sure you haven't accidentally turned off 'Heart Rate' in Settings.

Hi,
No, I haven't touched anything in Settings, I've checked and Heart Rate is on. I've also just realised that I'm not getting a Readiness score or Sleep score and it seems the device thinks I am not wearing it as the app is saying Please wear your device under No Readiness Score and Wear your Fitbit to bed in the Sleep section.
