I recently purchased a Schwinn ic4 stationary bike. It comes with a heart rate monitor. When working out my bike monitor will read 133 bps but my Fitbit Charge 5 is reading 77. Taking my pulse manually shows my heart rate matching the bike monitor. Why is my Charge 5 so significantly inaccurate?
I'm at version 57.20001.188.58

Hi, welcome back to the FItbit Community forums, @Alex47756.
Thanks for the information provided about this issue with the Charge 5.
That's a considerable difference, to ensure that your device is tracking information as accurately as possible, please try adjusting the position of the device on your wrist following the recommendations listed here. You can find some additional steps and recommendations about factors that can affect your heart rate data here.
In addition, I would also try restarting your Charge 5 using the charging cable and then check if you continue to experience any abnormal behavior.
