I have reported that I've learned the HR on my fitbit is significantly different than other trackers. For example, I tracked the same activity using my Charge 5, Garmin, and Polar HR and found that in EVERY instance, Garmin and Polar were similar at my average exercise HR being around 165 while Fitbit reports 128 (in one example, but other exercise values showed similar disparities). This is a pretty significant difference, particularly when trying to use HR zone training. Fitbit customer service solution was to offer me a $30 discount on a new watch (Not a satisfied customer with that response).
My question here is, does Fitbit have a watch that has accurate HR tracking? I'd like to know before I consdier changing brands. I have years of data with Fitbit, though now I'm doubting the accuracy of it.
