The heart rate monitor is not working on my Charge 5. I have tried turning the monitor off on the watch, restarting the device, and even force restarting it using the charge cord. I have no new updates for firmware. Is anyone else having this issue?
The monitor was working fine up until yesterday. The battery was super bad and staying charged so Fitbit support recommended restarting the device and now the heart rate does not work.
I can see a red light on the watch, but the green one that tracks heart rate is gone.
