Hi, today I bought the Fitbit Charge 5 specifically for the heart rate alert. My doctor wants me to stop all activities, if my heart rate goes outside a certain range.
I tested it with my pulse oximeter and confirmed the heart rate meter was accurate, then set the alert accordingly. But while I was making dinner, the watch face showed I was well above range, yet the alert did not go off.
I've tested the countdown timer and it works (I assume it gives the same sort of alert)??
Any ideas on why I didn't get a heart rate alert??
