Charge 5 - horizontal white line on screen face

Suddenly a white horizontal line has appeared at the bottom of the screen face on my Charge 5 and it is not going away.   Why and what should I do??

I’m sorry to hear about the display issues you experienced with your Fitbit Charge 5.

 

Please restart your Tracker by following these instructions.

I did both of your suggestions yesterday, and the bright white line still appears.  Any more suggestions?.white line on Charge 5white line on Charge 5
