Hi, downloading the ECG report has been working well and then suddenly stopped. I can take an ECG but cannot download the reports. Steps taken (1) rebooted phone (2) uninstalled and reinstalled the app (3) manual sync & (4) restarted the watch. Does anyone know how to get this re-started again on an iPhone 11 please? The app and watch seems to be working fine.
