I live in Michigan and have tried removing, deleting and redownloading the app multiple times, same with my device and reststarting my phone since the ECG update was released and I can't get the ECG function. I bought this device specifically for this and I'll be more than happy to switch to apple watch when I get a new phone if this isn't fixed. I updated my fitbit specifically for this function.

Hi, welcome to the Fitbit Community forums, @SunsetRunner.
Thank you for your inquiry about the ECG feature on the Charge 5.
If you live in the United States you should've received this feature since the firmware update was released. Make sure your Charge 5 is updated with the latest firmware version (1.149.11). You can follow the steps listed here.
If you've updated the device but you still don't see the feature available, please try to set up your Charge 5 in your account again as a new device following these steps. You can also try the following steps as well:
This has been useful for other users experiencing something similar.
Regarding the Find My Phone feature, this hasn't been included with the Charge 5 yet, but I do recommend that you vote for this feature suggestion posted in the forums: Find My Phone for Charge.
Hope this helps, I'll be around.
