Charge 5 on a reboot loop and won't respond to restarts and won't connect to app unless charging- also no heartbeat when it does manage to stay still
Rebooted twice now .....Also lost 20% battery in 5 mins and time always goes back to 4,46pm, It's now 5.22pm
This happened last July and another pebble was sent to me

Thank you so much for letting us know that your Charge 5 is not reacting anymore and for all your efforts.
Have you already tried to set up your device again? (Connect your Fitbit device to the charger before you begin the setup process.)
It seems like as your Charge 5 is on a reboot loop it may be the cause of the battery short life. I suggest after trying to set it up again you follow the tips described in this article: Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life?
