Charge 5 inaccurate at high BPMs

I’m a new Fitbit owner (Charge 5) and have noticed that it doesn’t accurately read my heart rate at the high end during HIIT sessions. I know I get into 190 territory, but Fitbit is reading very low (~130). It’s like it’s missing beats.

Is there anything I can do to improve the accuracy? 34 yo caucasian male.

@tanini yes, using a chest strap instead watch. Wrist HR sensors are notorious for their inaccuracy during intense intervals (especially short and intense intervals).
