Hi there, Fitbit recently sent a replacement Charge 5 and the new device does not seem to be tracking distance accurately and the progress meter seems to require longer than the distance goal in order to complete the daily quota. Examples: we went for a 2 hour hike today and the distance meter showed 0.9km. Yesterday, xcountry skiing, the GPS seemed to track the route but still show a smaller than expected distance. Steps, calories, and stride length seem correct. The new device has been fully charged before all activities. Anyone else having this problem?
