I am on my 3rd charge 5. The first two did nearly zero recording for 10 days each. On my 3rd one right now and so far does not seem to be any better. Anyone else having this problem?

@JimBiggie, I didn't have the problem you described with my Charge 5, but I had a few other problems and switched to another step tracker device. It's not a Fitbit product, also not a Garmin, but so far I like it, I started using it on July 6 and it still has 73% charge left.

Mine was really bad too. I was able to deal with everything in terms of lagging, being hard to sync, not recording, etc. But I couldn’t get past the battery life issue. I never got more than 24 hours out of mine. I hung on for 3 months hoping for an update that never came. When I contacted customer service I was told I missed the 45 day window to return. I just cancelled my Premium membership which I’ve had for years, and will buy a new tracker from a different company tomorrow. Such a simple thing to treat loyal customers well. They lost me forever.
