So this has happened several times. Fitbit is showing my sleep time as much earlier than it actually was because it’s including time when I’m watching tv. Last night for instance it says I went to bed at 10. That would be a miracle if that actually happened. I watched a tv show until 11 but was still moving and then at 11 got up and moved around and went to bed around 11:15. This happens quite often. Why is my charge 5 not more accurate and what can I do?

Hello @WalkingLiza and welcome to the Community. "Real" sleep is an EEG diagnosis. Fitbit's sleep tracking uses a combination of heart rate, breathing rate, and the lack of wrist movement to detect sleep. While very good, it isn't perfect. Your quiet TV watching got detected as sleep -- the same things happen to people who read. Even though you got up and moved around a bit, your Fitbit will tend to make one sleep record. I think Fitbit's sleep algorithm is set to do this -- or people who wake up to use the bathroom in the middle of the night would get broken sleep records. If you tap on a sleep record, there should be three dots in the upper right. You should be able to edit your sleep times there.
