Charge 5 is displaying an "Active Call" notification every 1-2 minutes

My Charge 5 is giving me an "Active Call" notification every 1-2 minutes while I am on a call. It JUST started doing this, and it is driving me crazy. I've looked through everything in the app, and I can't find a way to shut it down. Help??

I see where you're coming from. Let's try the following troubleshooting: 

- Force quit the Fitbit app 

- Reset Bluetooth 

- Reset system notifications 

- Restart your Charge 5 

- Refresh notifications 

- Set them up again

The article does not explain the steps you outlined.

"Reset bluetooth." Does this mean turn it off, and then turn it on again? Because I have already tried that. Please explain?

"Reset system notifications." There is no topic for this in the article. I don't know what this means. Same with "refresh notifications" and "set them up again." Can you please explain what you mean by these steps?

I never set up notifications, and I sure as heck never, ever told FitBit to remind me that I'm on the phone every 1-2 minutes. (I do not need ANY notification multiple times. I received approx. 30 identical notifications during a single phone call!)

I do NOT want to stop receiving all notifications. I DO WANT to stop receiving ANY notification that I am actively on a phone call. (This is a dumb "feature" by the way--I do not need to be reminded every 1-2 minutes that I have an active phone call, while I am actively participating in the active phone call.)

That doesn't work, and looks like this is a problem on other devices besides the Charge 5.  Is that correct?

This is driving me crazy as well so I had to just turn off Call Notifications totally.  But that can't be the solution, I really do need to have the calls notify me when it comes in, i  just don't need it reminding me every minute that i am on a call...

Is there anything else that can be done?

How did you turn off the call notifications? I can get behind that as a temporary fix. (I looked through the app and couldn't find anything that seemed relevant.)

Select the charge 5 from the main page where you can log out of the app, then click the “notifications” tab from the next page. Then deselect the phone call button.
