My Charge 5 is frozen on the "Fitbit" icon screen. I have tried soft rebooting it several times. When I try syncing it on my phone it get a yellow battery at 47% on the right. Can anyone help? I really miss my "fitbit".

Just spoke to Andrew one of Fitbits advocates and he was very helpful. He assigned me a case number, sent me an email where I had to supply a video of my watch with details and he said he would take care of it. I am very happy with the customer service and I will post again as soon as my watch problem is completely resolved. Hopefully soon.
