I have a charge 5 that is just over a year. It just stopped pairing one day saying the passcode is incorrect. I have entered it 5 times, whatever it says on the Fitbit.
I have deleted the app, restarted the phone, restarted the Fitbit, turned off and on Bluetooth, and nothing works.
I am beyond confused on why this is doing this!

@Tjwilkinson Thanks for the update.
As per the description of your post, it seems that your Charge 5 is no longer connected to your phone's Bluetooth. With that being said and in order to unlock the watch now that it's no longer paired to your phone, I suggest to perform a factory reset by following these steps:
At this point you can set up the watch again. For instructions, see How do I set up my Fitbit device?
Take into consideration that a factory reset deletes any stored data, which includes all data that hasn't synced to your Fitbit account, your applications, alarms, etc.

Hi there, @Tjwilkinson. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Charge 5 before reaching out. I understand how you must be feeling.
To unlock your Charge 5, please see How do I unlock my Fitbit device with my phone?
If the above doesn't describe your issue, please share with me the error message displayed on your Charge 5 so I can go from there.

It keeps saying it cannot pair. The 4 digit code is incorrect. But it gives me the same code every time.

So thank you for your response.
I have restarted my charge 5 three different times already. I've readded the app another 3. And taken off the charge 5 from the app, deleted the app and readded the app plus the charge 5 another 4.
It will not sync
