Charge 5 is no longer showing sleep score

My charge 5 no longer shows a sleep score on the devise. Fitbit app on iPhone has all the data for sleep. What gives?  Called support and they where no help.

For the past 2 days my charge 5 no longer shows sleep score. Did you get yours to work again and if you did what did you do to fix it

Hello @Normalw , @Jcousino

I recall reading other users who don't see their sleep score on their Charge 5 devices, even though they see their score in the app. I'm not sure that there was a fix. Although you don't see your sleep score on your device, the positive news is that since you see your score in the app, that means your data was properly uploaded to your account on the Fitbit servers. It's still annoying not to see your score on your device.

For now, please report this issue using the Feedback option in the Fitbit app:

  • Tap your picture/avatar in the upper right of the Today page in the Fitbit app
  • Tap Feedback in the menu that opens
  • Complete the prompts and submit

The feedback reports are received by the team for review.

If I find any posts with either a fix or workaround, I'll report back.

Hello @v_austin

Since you're not seeing heart rate data, that indicates to me that there's an issue with your optical heart rate sensor. Do you see a green light on the back of your Charge 5? If not, check the Settings tile on your Charge 5 and confirm that Heart rate is turned on:

  • Swipe down from the clock face until you get to the Settings tile (last one) and tap on it
  • Swipe up until you see Heart rate and confirm that it's turned on. If not, tap on it to enable.
