Charge 5 is no longer syncing my exercises

My exercise is no longer syncing.  I've tried clearing the cache, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, rebooting phone and watch, and forcing a manual sync. I have the latest app update and this only started after I switched to Google. 

I see from the forum that others are having the same issue with their Charge 5 since the google switch.  They it's been an issue at least since early September. This is a feature I enjoyed and I've started researching other fitness trackers.  We really need this fixed. 

Is there anything else I can try?

Hi there, @Tinara. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I understand your concern, we're here to help you! 

Please note that we were having issues with the workouts missing from the Fitbit app. However, I'd like to share with you that this issue has been fixed.

If you're still having issues, please try to force quit the app and turn your phone off and on again.

There is an update for the Android Fitbit app, ver 4.26.1, that started rolling out today, 25 Sep 2024. I got the update this morning.

The app updates tend to rollout in waves. If you don't see the update right away, keep checking.

So far, I haven't seen any posts about an update for iOS Fitbit app. I suspect one should be rolling out soon, if not at the same time as the Android app.
